Lots O' Changes...

Site Issues/Feedback

Well, I've made a lot of layout and content changes the last couple days, and so far I think those are turning out pretty well. But it's hard for me to tell, for sure, and I'm admittedly biased, so I'm curious... what do folks think of the revisions done lately?

C'mon, don't be shy... I can take criticism... Eye-wink

more changes...

ch-ch-changes!!

So, I'm going to make some advertising/sponsorship changes. The google adsense stuff will be shifting to allow members to hide this section, if they don't want to see it. And I'm going to add a couple more sponsors, a la the AT&T ad here, that may be of some interest to visitors (because of the more direct sponsor type link, those can't be hidden). The Arkive Store and tip jar (Amazon Honor System) will be staying put in the same area as the sponsors...

And sell-out or not, I am going to start some tweaking to make the site self-supportable. I've gotten kind of tired of having to justify to my fiance why I spend time on here (and I'd like to spend more actually) when it doesn't gain us much. But I've also decided that I'm going to make those changes in a way that I personally find ethical. Which also means more content coming the site's way.

So stay tuned... I'll keep updates posted here.

ying yang

I like the new ying yang eye on the top left corner of the screen. It looks more organic. I would rather be looking at a woman's eye, so if it is not, just lie and tell me it is your wife's eye.
