curse of the ???

It's quite a long film. I had some success with Dead Can Dance. The music is sort of tribal, old world with lots of chanting in dead languages and drumming...but works pretty well as an alternate soundtrack. i started with "the serpent's egg" and followed with "spiritchaser", but still had plenty of movie left to go. Maybe "meditabor" would finish up the film. Well, back to the drawing board.

ive still got Black Pearl...

but i cant really think of any pirate related albums that would go with either film, but may try some of these to see if they work out at all. except for Smile which has some lyrics about Pirates and ships, the others are just ideas that spring to mind based on the film title;

"Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the White Album"
"Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black SMiLE"
"Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Emperor!"
"Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the White Stripes"

The films too long for a full film synch but maybe a full album at the start or a bit of an album for the end might work?

any for dead man's chest yet?

We missed the 2nd Pirates in the theatre on account of a recent resolution to avoid theatres at all costs (too much $$ for too little quality entertainment mainly, combined with the incredibly litigious MPAA), but since the sequel's now out on DVD, anyone put together any synchs for that one yet? Any mega-epic synchs of both movies with any music?

Just curious...
