See You On the Other Matrix

Share Your Synchs

For all the KoRn and Matrix fans out there...

To mix The Matrix with the album See You On the Other Side from KoRn, you need to start the album once the green logo that comes after the Warner Bros. logo disappears.

When I tried this, I noticed that the following things happened...

- A lot of computer effects go on during the first interlude. Then, Trinity's big chase scene starts when "Twisted Transistor" does. She even jumps across a couple of buildings near the end of the song. The rest of the chase scene continues during "Politics" and near the end of that song, Neo is introduced.

- Neo has a real adventure trying to escape from his work office on "Souvenir". However, he gets caught by the agents throughout "10 or a 2-Way".

- A virus gets injected into Neo's belly by the agents and eventually is taken out during most of the duration of "Throw Me Away".

- Morpheus is introduced in "Love Song" and shows the blue and red pills near the end of the track.

- Neo consumes the red pill on "Open Up" and goes on a very intriguing journey in a mirror throughout the song and the second interlude which follows. Also, he gets strangled by a robot during the last mention of the line "You breathe in, but can't breathe out".

- Neo sees reality with Morpheus during "Getting Off".

- Check out the awesome karate action in the songs for "For No One" and "Seen It All". Once "Seen It All" is almost finished, Neo falls off a building in The Matrix and hits a road.

Review of "See You on the Other Side of the Matrix"

Track 1 has a good mood match
Track 2 "twisted transitor" matches fairly well but transitions and lyrics don't fit at all at times.
Track 3 "politics" did not work at all for me.

Barosjn writes, "Neo has a real adventure trying to escape from his work office on "Souvenir". However, he gets caught by the agents throughout "10 or a 2-Way".

- A virus gets injected into Neo's belly by the agents and eventually is taken out during most of the duration of "Throw Me Away".

- Morpheus is introduced in "Love Song" and shows the blue and red pills near the end of the track."

nope, nope, nope, none of the above quoted worked for me. Overall, I give this sync a D+. It was a stretch calling these two a match. I do not care for the music and that always plays a part in my enjoyment of a sync.( I hate to admit this because: a. Musicians work hard, and b. I try to be objective.)

If a cat gives birth to kittens in the oven, you do not call the kittens "muffins".
