I have to wonder if a shoutbox would be a good addition to the arkive. Sometimes I notice folks online and I have to wonder what they are up to.

Drupal does have a Shoutbox module... I'll look to see if it's an easy add. If it isn't, it might take me a while... but if it is easy, maybe I can get it online quick...

I do have some changes in mind (as always), and hopefully time to implement some of them coming up. Striking writers are good for that...

Perhaps it will be for nothing, but then again...maybe not. I realise that some people leave their computers and remain logged in while they are actually away. At any rate, anything that cold possibly increase participation / discussion is worth suggesting. With only a couple of opinions it is hard to say whether anyone else cares one way or the other.

if that is what i think it is i think it would be a good addition - would promote chatting between members without clogging up the forums.
