How about adding an RSS link to the sidebar? I have the arkive in my google reader and it is a handy way to keep up with new topics of discussion if you just don't have the time to check in everyday. Some folks may be unaware there is a feed for the site.

there are feeds in the current version of Drupal I'm running, but the newer version is way way way improved on that front. I'm still working on getting that version up and running in a test mode, before trying to cut over....

I'll have to see about maybe at least documenting what feeds the site does have, for those interested. I still find that there are a lot of folks who have no clue what RSS is... Sticking out tongue
