The Starship Trooper, New synch try it.

Hey you should try my new synch, The Starship Trooper, it uses "Starship Troopers" and the album "Piece of Mind" by Iron Maiden. Its has a fast paced feel to it due to the blend of action and metal.

1-1 Where Eagles Dare

The flags have eagles on them strange coincidence.

"The mission is near the confident men
are waiting to drop from the sky."
The soldiers finished their training and they will eventually "drop from the sky"

"They seem to stare from below"
A giant meteor is flying towards the earth the people would be staring from below

Missiles launch with drum sounds

"Into the night"
the scene is in space, so its night all the time.

"They fall from the sky"
The meteor just blew up and chucks fall every where.

Gun shots go off and some synch with men shooting.

Music becomes intense when their teacher walks around and questions students and becomes more intense when one answers a question wrong.

"They're closing in the fortress is near
it's standing high in the sky"
They're getting closer to their goal of joining the military.

"They make their way but maybe too late"
It is saying it maybe to late for them to change their minds.

"They've got to try to save the day."
Foreshadowing.

"The panicking cries the roaring of guns
are echoing all round the valley"

They completed their tests now they will join the military and leave their home town.

1-2 Revalations
==================

The music is very playfull in the begining showing their friendship

Music becomes slow and serious as they change their expressions.

all lyrics said in the classroom seem to be coming from the bugs point of view.

"O God of Earth and Altar
Bow down and hear our cry"
The Bug carcass, which is being sacrificed for knowledge, is calling out to Rico to listen to his story.

"Our earthly rulers falter,
Our people drift and die,"
(looked like the blind professor said the first line)
bug pops open when the word die is sang.

"The walls of gold entomb us,
The swords of scorn divide,"
The bugs body is full of knowledge which is valuable, the guts are being divided.

The bridge starts when Rico hands Carmen some organs

Carmen pukes right when the guitar solo starts.

Music becomes soothing as Carl is giving a hypnotic stare.

Card turns over with the sound of a snare drum.

"Just a babe in the black abyss,"
Rico isnt all that talented

"No reason for a place like this,"
(looks like Carl said this line)
No reason to stay in this town.

"An easy way for the blind to go,
A clever path for the fools who know"
This is in reference to their choice to join the army.

Drum beats in synch with the tapping on Carls keyboard.

"The secret of the Hanged Man" - the smile of his lips.
(Looks like Carl said the first part.) Rico is smiling

Carl seems to be playing the bass part on his keyboard.

"She came to me with a serpent's kiss,
As the Eye of the Sun rose on her lips,"
(Niel says the first line)
Carls mom yells at him

"So we lay in a black embrace"
Carl says so we lay.

"And the Seed is sown in a holy place"
Ricos anger for his rival Zander is sown on the jump ball field which is a holy place to them.

"The venom that tears my spine"
Ricos priceless facial expression makes it look like he is in pain.

Music intenseifies when Zander starts to hit on Ricos girl friend, the music fits with how Rico is feeling.

The word go is heard seems as if Rico wants Zander to go

Guitar solo starts up and it really expresses the rage between Rico and Zander.

the guitar squeals when Zander flips Rico over.

Rico jumps and lands in time with a cymbal crash

Music slows down when it gets to the last 5 seconds of the ball game, Zander is chasing Rico, very intense moment.

"Bind all of us together"
referee says bind all

every also binds together in a group

"No storm or heavy weather
Will rock the boat you'll see."
The team is headstrong because they won a really close game

"For the one who will be King
Is the Watcher in the Ring."
(foreshadowing) Rico is going to be the leader of his squad

"It is You."
reconfirming he will be the leader.

1-3 Flight of Icarus
=====================

The song is called Flight of Icarus (which is a tale about a son not listening to his fathers warnings) Rico and his father fight in the begining of the song.

"As the sun breaks, above the ground,"
Rico is a Son

"An old man stands on the hill."
his father turns around

"As the ground warms, to the first rays of light"
(his father says the second part)

"His eyes are ablaze,
See the madman in his gaze."
Rico is glaring at his father.

"Fly on your way, like an eagle,
Fly as high as the sun,
On your way, like an eagle,
Fly and touch the sun."
Iron Maiden seems to want him to succede and become something great.

It looks like his father said Yeah

His mother is humming.

"Now the crowd breaks and young boy appears"
His mother said now the crowd breaks

"As he spreads his wings and shouts at the crowd"
There is a crowd

"In the name of God my father I'll fly."
seems to be Ricos inner voice.

"His eyes seem so glazed
As he flies on the wings of a dream."
Rico thinks his relationship with carmen will work.

Solo starts with a weird sound and a weird look on Dizzy's face.

Everyone is dancing to the music

"Fly, on your way, like an eagle,
Fly as high as the sun,"
Maybe they want Carl to score with Dizzy

The chorus is sang twice and most of the words are said by the characters.

"Fly"
Ricos teacher wants him to succede

The pink lights turn on as the next solo starts

solo stops when Rico sees Zander with Carmen.

a long shout is heard which fits perfect with ricos feeling right then

"Another Prophet of Disaster
Who says the ship is lost"
Zander is trying to move in on carmen, later on she leaves rico.

"Another Prophet of Disaster
Leaving you to count the cost."
Rico falls in love with dizzy, her death is a big cost.

"No point asking when it is,
No point asking who's to go,
No point asking what's the game,
No point asking who's to blame,"
Rico says when.
The whole section is relating to them joining the war.

everyone is dancing to the music.

flag fades all the way in when a cymbal crashes

"If you're gonna try, just stick around,"
looks like the crowd said this line

Veteran pounds the stamp in synch with the snare drum.

"The Warlord will arise"
The veteran said the warlord will

"Terror, Death, Destruction,
Pour from the Eastern sands,"
A second after it you see Rico, Carl, and Carmen (maybe they are terror, death, and destruction.)

The veteran says "Destuction, Pour from the eastern sands."

"But the truth of all predictions,
Is always in your hands."
You see a shot of Carl who is the most telekinetic of them and he saves the day thanks to his special power.

"No point asking when it is,"
Carl says no point, Carmen says when it is.

"No point asking who's to go,"
Carmen says no point, Rico says asking whos to

"No point asking what's the game,"
Veteran says no point

"No point asking who's to blame,"
The army made the veteran into a cripple (there is really no point asking)

"Cus' if you're gonna die!"
Veteran says Die and pushes Ricos hand away.

Rico eventually dies, he gets killed by a bug. but thanks to technology he was brought back to life.

An odd coincidence is the veteran doesnt have boots on.

When outside the three of them move their heads in synch with cymbal crashes and drum beats.

Carmen says "Die" and "if you're gonna die" and "with your boots on"

Rico says "just move along"

Carl says "you're gonna die, gonna die". Then he laughs. Also he says "well, stick around" and "just move along"

Guitar solo starts showing how angry ricos father is.

Door closes with a cymbal crash.

"They die! With their boots on!"
overlooks the crowd and later on everybody there dies in a meteor collision.

Carmen says "we die"

Rico says "gonna die"

"gonna cry"
Carmen looks like she is gonna cry.

The strange horizontal moving elevator blasts off when you hear the last "Die!"

1-5 The Trooper
==========================

The flag show right when the song starts.

A WORLD THAT WORKS
appears in time with drum beats.

This song is called the trooper and you see troopers.

CRIME AND PUNISHMENT
dissapears with a cymbal crash.

little guitar melody starts when children are fighting over a gun.

A tab that says federal flashes in time with drum beat.

"You'll fire your musket but I'll run you through"
The psychic says this line except for "you through."

"So when you're waiting for the next attack"
Psychic says "so when you're waiting"
A ray of light flashes from his eye maybe thats the next attack.

"You'd better stand there's no turning back."
The cards are turning
You can see both of the cards backs when he sings "back"

"As I plunge on into certain death."
The cow is facing his death.

People are running in time with the music.

"The mighty roar"
The drill sargent says that.

Boy gets beaten in time with drums.

Guitar solo starts when boy begins to run.

Guitar squeals when the man screams as his arm is broken.

"He pulls the trigger and I feel the blow"
Sargent says, "He pulls the." Dizzy says "trigger and i feel the blow"

"And as I lay there gazing at the sky"
Sargent says this line.

"My body's numb and my throat is dry
And as I lay forgotten and alone
Without a tear I draw my parting groan."
Foreshadowing that Dizzy will be defeated.

Dizzy and Sargent attack each other in synch with drum beats.

1-6 Still Life
=====================

Backmasking starts and people seem to be moving their lips to the sounds, girl makes a odd face when you hear backwards laughing.

The mood fits really well when everyone is upset about the cutter.

"Take a look in the pool and what do you see"
Dizzy seems to be asking him what he doesnt see in her

Distorted guitar kicks in as soon as camera angle changes.

"Oh.....I've never felt so strange
But.....I'm not going insane."
A connection between Rico's want to be squad leader.

Drum fill starts as they swing fromt he ropes and ends when they land.

Music becomes intense while they are still neck and neck in their race.

"I've no doubt that you think I'm off my head"
They fall "off" in time with the lyric.

They hit the mud with a drum beat

Mud Splashes back on a symbal ride.

"You don't say but it's in your eyes instead"
Dizzy is silent but is overwhelmed with joy.

"Hours I spend out just gazing into that pool"
Blonde guy was staring at the target wich is circular like a pool.

"Something draws me there I don't know what to do."
Something draws the knife towards the target.

Looks like he doesnt know what to do.

"Oh.....they drain my strength away"
Guy says this line.

"Oh.....they're asking me to stay."
They are asking him not to move and keep his hand against the wall.

"All my life's blood is slowly draining away"
He is bleeding

knife hits his hand in time with a cymbal ride.

"And I feel that I'm weaker every day"
guy says day, and he is weaker now

"Joining them at the bottom of the pool."
scene changes and they are in the showers.

"Now.....I feel they are so near"
everyone is huddled in the showers

"I.....begin to see them clear"
they all see each other naked.

"Nightmares.....coming all the time
Nightmares.....Will give me peace of mind."
maybe someone is afraid of being in the showers.

guitar note bends as black girl rolls her eyes.

guitar solo starts to sound agressive when dizzy tells everyone Rico is here for a girl.

"Now it's clear and I know what I have to do
I must take you down there to look at them too"
Rico wanted to show Carmen his platoon and how he is doing.

Rico says part of those lyrics.

"Hand in hand then we'll jump right into the pool"
Rico expressing his love for Carmen, kind of a romeo and juliet thing.

"Can't you see not just me they want you too."
Rico says too

The squad wants to meet carmen

"Oh.....we'll drown together
It.....will be forever."
Rico says tthe first line

"Nightmares.....forever calling me"
The blonde guys face is pretty scary

Girl sings the line

Bald guy is shaking his head like he had a nightmare and hes trying to get the voices out of his head.

"Nightmares.....Now we rest in peace."
Rico was ending his video.
